Message	FYI : I am at CA too. Fuel economy drop means chances of you failling emmision test is very high. Why ? Because you are running too rich. After a bunch of reading and fixing, here are the parts I replaced in order to bump fuel economy from 15mpg to 19mpg (NA is my DD, 70% HW and 30% city) 1) Both O2 sensors. 2) EGR control solenoid (not the EGR unit itself). 3) 2 fuel injectors. 4) 6 spark plugs Trouble shoot first before do any parts replacement because those parts are not cheap !
